The Companion Animal Clinic (CAC)
of the Sandhills Foundation
Thank you to our many friends and supporters who have made the opening of the Spay Neuter Veterinary Clinic of the Sandhills a reality. Spay Neuter surgeries began December 10, 2007.
As of June 20, 2008... 1,967 surgeries were performed...by the end of June, 2008 the SNVC will have provided over 2,000 surgeries!!
Please help Companion Animal Clinic of the Sandhills Foundation continue support to the Clinic for affordable spay neuter to the Sandhills region. The real costs far exceed the service fee:
"Real" costs of providing the operation of spay/neuter

The Foundation supports the Spay Neuter Veterinary Clinic service...
The goal of the CAC Foundation is to reduce animal overpopulation in the Central North Carolina. We strongly believe that with affordable spay and neuter services available, the public will utilize this service. The Spay Neuter Veterinary Clinic of the Sandhills will spay or neuter dogs and cats for individuals that cannot afford the service of the private veterinarian and for animal welfare groups.
Companion Animal Clinic of the Sandhills Foundation supports the Spay Neuter Veterinary Clinic of the Sandhills by providing voucher/grants to the clinic to make up the difference between the cost of service ($45.00/$35.00) and the real cost of the operation of the Clinic ($60.00 per unit of surgery).
Companion Animal Clinic of the Sandhills Foundation (CAC) is a non-profit 501c3 organization (Federal Tax ID#20-2886984). All donations made to the Foundation are tax deductable.
