CAC/SNVC serves Central North Carolina including but not limited to the following counties: Cumberland, Moore, Hoke, Montgomery, Richmond, Chatham, Harnett, Lee, Scotland, Wake, and Randolph.

CAC Foundation provides affordable spay and neuter at the Spay/Neuter Veterinary Clinic of the Sandhills (SNVC) in Vass, N.C. for animal welfare groups and individuals that cannot afford a private veterinary practitioner through donation from the CAC Foundation to the SNVC.

Companion Animal Clinic Foundation:

  • Supports the Spay Neuter Veterinary Clinic in Vass, N.C. through grants to subsidize the difference between the service fee and the "real" costs of the spay neuter operation.
  • Provides an alternative to the costly spay neuter operation for individuals that cannot afford a private veterinarian through targeted spay/neuter.
  • Provides spay neuter at a reduced fee to animal welfare groups and county animal control centers.

The Spay Neuter Veterinary Clinic and Companion Animal Clinic Foundation receive no support from county or state government.  All funds raised are used locally to provide spay/neuter operations.  CAC Foundation is an all volunteer organization and has no paid staff.
